Step 2: Place on your bed Position the pillow where your regular pillow would go. The higher edge (10cm) should support your neck, with the lower edge (8cm) toward the foot of the bed.

- Side sleepers: Use the full height - your head should rest comfortably with your spine in a straight line from neck to tailbone
- Back sleepers: Center your head on the pillow, allowing the honeycomb structure to cradle your neck's natural curve

I have 2 herniated discs in my neck and finding a pillow thats comfortable is basically impossible. This is the closest ive gotten to waking up without pain. Not perfect but way better than anything else ive tried and ive tried A LOT
